At Onia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
